DESCRIPTION:Bachfest! will feature a variety of Johann Sebastian Bach’s music for chorus and orchestra. After the spectacular opening movement of the Magnificat\, ChoralSong will perform the beloved cantata Wachet Auf featuring soloists Jamal Sarikoki & David Price\, the motet Lobet den Herrn\, and a sampling of movements from some of Bach’s other well-loved works\, such as Ein Feste Burg and Jesu\, Joy of Man’s Desiring.  For a special treat\, in the very center of the concert\, the orchestra will perform the ever-popular Brandenburg Concerto #3.
